Join for free
Create a Zoetis Petcare Rewards account online or through The Pack app. Add your pet’s information to get started.

Submit your purchases
Save or take a pic of your itemized invoice and upload it to your rewards account within 30 days of purchase. Zoetis reviews your submission and awards points for eligible purchases.

Redeem and use at CBAH
Redeem your points for a reloadable Petcare Rewards Card.
Once your card is funded, use it to help pay for any product or service at Clover Basin.
Save your invoice. Submit it each time.
Your rewards aren’t added automatically. Submit each eligible purchase to Zoetis so ongoing treatment and prevention purchases can keep building your rewards.
