Communication and Patient Portals
Do you value communication and having easy access to records? We do, too! We did have to utilize two systems to bring you all the features, so please read on to understand where to go for what.
One portal is for communication between you and hospital staff, and the other is for accessing your pet's data. Already setup in each? Click on logos to link to portals!

IDEXX Neo Portal
to access your pet's Information
To create your Neo patient portal account, send us a request:

Overview - shows your personal contact information and where you can request changes.

Appointments Page – View past and future appointments.

Reminders - any current, due, and overdue reminders about vaccines or lab work.

Patients - view of your pets' data including consults*, invoices, vaccine history, prescriptions, and lab test results.
*The Neo Portal doesn't have full appointment notes, but you can request medical records through the Otto portal and we'll send them to you!

to communicate with Hospital Staff
Logging in is simple! You will be asked to provide the phone number or email associated with your account with Clover Basin, then you'll be directed to your Otto home page.

Request Medical Records. Your visit invoices are available in Neo, but you can request visit notes here.

See Future Appointments. This can also be seen in Neo.
*Whether you decide to text our main number or message through the Otto portal, all of your messages can be seen in the portal chat! It's linked through your phone number.
