Referral Program

Clover Basin Animal Hospital is excited to introduce our new Client Referral Program!

As our client, we value your help in growing our practice through word of mouth referrals. Referrals are such an important part of maintaining and growing our practice, that we want to show our appreciation by giving you something back when you refer us to your family and friends.

You will receive a $50 credit to your account for each new client you refer to our practice! And, the person you refer to us will receive a $25 credit.

To refer someone, simply have them schedule a New Client appointment with us, and let them to know to be sure they note your name on their New Client Intake Form. You, and your referral, receive the credit after they complete their first New Client Appointment with us.

You can use your referral credits on future appointments, procedures, prescriptions, or any service our clinic offers. There is no limit to how many credits you can accrue! But the credits must be used within 12 months 😊

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referral: The New Client that is being referred to our practice by an Existing Client (Referrer).
Referrer: The Existing Client that has established care with us through a prior appointment, and that is referring a New Client (referral) to our practice.
The Referral must be a person who has never established care with us, i.e. they have never had an appointment with us for any pet.
The Referral must attend their first appointment for either party to receive the credit.
The Referral must list the Referrer on their New Client Intake Form.
The Referral's Appointments must be completed within 30 calendar days of the Referral Program's Promotion End Date.
Referral Credits expire 12 months after they have been earned, and thus must be applied toward an invoice within that 12 month period.
