Veterinary Assistant
This role is a fantastic entry-level position into animal health! No prior animal health experience is necessary, but our goal is to develop Veterinary Assistants into Veterinary Technicians. Applicants must have open availability (including Saturdays), excellent interpersonal skills, and evidence of good work history and work ethic.
Veterinary Assistants help veterinary technicians in carrying out the technician’s duties, while providing superior patient care and excellent customer service and client satisfaction. They are also primarily responsible for hospital cleanliness and sanitation. This position is an excellent opportunity for any individual who is seeking to learn and grow into a position working in an animal health or animal welfare environment. Veterinary Assistants report to the Practice Manager.
