It gives your veterinarian a full picture of your pet’s health, helping us catch issues early and treat them before they become bigger concerns.
 

Here’s what’s included:

IDEXX CBC SELECT -

This test checks your pet’s blood to look at red and white blood cells, platelets, and screen for parasites. It helps us catch things like infection, inflammation, anemia, or clotting problems. A trained technician reviews the sample under a microscope for anything unusual, and a pathologist will also take a look if anything concerning is found. It gives us a detailed picture of your pet’s overall health.

Chem 21 with IDEXX SDMA -

This test checks your pet’s overall organ function and helps us catch signs of illness early—even before symptoms show up.

It looks at things like:

• Kidney health (including a special marker called SDMA that helps detect kidney issues early)

• Liver function

• Blood sugar levels

• Electrolytes (like sodium and potassium, which help with hydration and muscle/nerve function)

• Protein and cholesterol levels (important for nutrition and organ function)

• Minerals like calcium and phosphorus, which affect bones and other systems
   

Basically, it gives us a full picture of how your pet’s internal organs are doing and helps us catch problems before they become serious.
