Pricing Adjustments - May 2022
Effective May 23, 2022, we are implementing a price adjustment to various goods and services at our Practice. Estimates issued in the past 30 days (on or after April 23, 2022) will still be honored. If you were formally (or informally) quoted a price in that 30 day period, please let your Technician or Client Service Rep know when they present you invoice for payment, and they will make the appropriate adjustment.

At Clover Basin Animal Hospital, it is our mission to deliver gold standard level of veterinary care to your pets, and a premium client experience to you.
A key part of delivering exceptional patient and client care is providing our staff with competitive compensation, full benefits, and work-life balance. Another key part is ensuring we are using the best pharmaceuticals, supplies, protocols, and support systems on the market, as well as maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment in top condition.
As a consumer, you are well aware of the fact that numerous macro-economic factors have resulted in an extremely tight labor market and record inflation, both of which has increased the cost of goods and services across the board. Groceries, electronics, building supplies, vehicles, clothing, and professional services are all soaring.
Unfortunately, our costs have increased as well. But since we won't compromise our level of service to you and your pets, we are also having to increase our pricing. However, we did not make an across-the-board increase in prices. We carefully considered each of our services and products individually. We assure you that our new pricing truly reflects the cost of doing business, and it will allow us to continue providing you with the gold standard level of veterinary care and premium experience that you've come to expect. We also assure you honesty and transparency in the services we provide. We never charge for things we didn't do, and we never recommend things that our doctors don't believe are in the best interest of you and your pet.
